Alicia was fantastic in helping us. We found a house that we really liked. It got us in an unusual circumstance, and she and Max were in the background helping when they could. What should have been a month to 45 days to close, ended up being almost 2 months. She stuck by us and helped whenever she could. Moving from Ohio to Florida was stressful as it was, she helped us feel comfortable and the stress was minimal for our circumstance.

Alicia worked with my mother in law and myself to purchase a home for my mother in law. She went above and beyond both during and after the purchase was completed, as we were not able to move in right away. She collected mail, worked with inspectors and was there on moving day to be sure my mother in law did not have any questions or concerns. She certainly feels like a member of our family now, and I know I can contact her with anything my mother in law needs and she will be sure it is handled.
